oh yeah, shall elaborate a bit on the ystd part 1st,
ystd went gym wif korkor and a fren,
if i'm nt wrong is 2nd time i went there,
except 4 my fren.
She 1st time go, so nid to bring her there.
haiz... had lots of fun there,
Although i went there 2 times,
bt i onli know how ot use some of their equipment nia,
hahax.. i'm a gym noob!!
at least i know how to use their equipment cn liao.
was sweating quite a lot ystd,
bt its worth it nad its cheap!!!
if u guys wanna go there, it cost onli $1.50 per student,
age 12 to 18 yrs old nia. Others $2.
its located at YCK there.
aft that went to have a change den headed to hub to have our late lunch,
saw lots of familiar ppl there,
den went 4 a walk there,
ard 5plus went hme le.
Reach hme had lots of muscle pain,cramps.
Today, had PE in sch,
we run 2.4km 2dae,
quite tired!!! haiz...
bt i manage to run 4 rounds for 15.03sec,
still quite ok, bt my target is 14plus.
haiz.. nvm cn try again nxt wk. :D
den headed back 2 class 4 lessons,lots of cramps coming again n again!!!
